Title 1
Bend Gate Elementary is a Title I school. The Title 1 Program is a federally funded program that is committed to closing the achievement gap between all students by providing additional staff, instruction, and other resources to ensure the success of all students. This program is school wide, meaning all students can benefit from Title 1 services.
Parent Involvement is an important component of our Title 1 program.
Our program includes:
- Family Nights: Title 1 hosts 2 family nights per school year.
- Title One Parent Involvement Policy and Compact: The Title I compact is revised and taken before the SBDM each year. Once developed, the compact is distributed to parents.
