It is the intention of Henderson County Schools to notify potential vendors of bid opportunities via email. It is the vendor’s responsibility to notify Mr. Spencer of changes in contact information.  Henderson County Schools assumes no responsibility for failure to notify potential bidders of bid opportunities. The district's responsibility is limited to public notification which is satisfied via the website postings.
