The team consists of the following students: Brianna Scott, Whitney Lamb, and Kristen Hazelwood. Judges for the competition were Rick Johnson, Manager for the Meat Department for Sureway, Chef Kay Woodruff, and Janet Gill, Retired Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher/Principal. The students prepared Garden Salad with vinaigrette dressing, Classic Steak Diane, Green Beans with Mushrooms, and Classic French Crepes with Berries and Cream. Students received Silver Status for their menu and will be participating at Kentucky FCCLA Star Events in March 2016.
