SENATE BILL 128: SUPPLEMENTAL SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM

Senate Bill 128 is a new law -- enacted by the Kentucky General Assembly and signed by Gov. Andy Beshear -- creating the Supplemental School Year Program. This emergency legislation allows any K-12 student enrolled during the 2020-21 school year to repeat the same grade level during the 2021-22 school year.

Brandy Haley Named Director of Accountability and Assessment

Brandy Haley has been announced as the new Director of Accountability and Assessment for Henderson County Schools. In her new role, Haley will provide leadership and coordination to provide an aligned district instructional assessment program and coordinate all state-required assessments.
