Henderson County Schools to get Pilot Project Funding for Mental Health

The funding is from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the Center for Mental Health Services. It will provide resources for the implementation of districtwide mental health policies and processes in Bullitt, Henderson and Warren County public school districts. Kentucky is one of only four states receiving the award.

Spring K-PREP Testing

Henderson County Schools will participate in K-PREP testing (Kentucky Performance Rating for Education Progress) starting on Tuesday, April 30th. Students will take assessments in reading, math, science, social studies, and writing. The tests are a combination of multiple choice questions and constructed responses.
