the 2018-2019 School Year will begin April 16, 2018

Parent(s)/guardian(s) who need language translation help can download an online language translator, go to your local school or go to Henderson County Schools Technology Support computer lab (behind North Middle School) for assistance. Online registration is a process connected to Infinite Campus which is an online program that provides parent(s)/guardian(s) access to information such as student’s attendance, grades, schedules, assignments, etc. It is important for ALL PRIMARY parents/guardians of currently enrolled students to set up or update an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account before April 16 to make the registration process easier. The Infinite Campus Parent Portal link can be found on all Henderson County Schools’ main webpages under Quick Links.
All Primary Parent/Guardian are encouraged to complete Online Registration between
April 16 and May 17
Note- PRIMARY PARENT/Guardian means the parent/guardian household where the student resides a majority of the time.
Infinite Campus Parent Portal Password Resets —Primary Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of currently enrolled students, who have logged into the Parent Portal before, can now reset their Parent Portal password themselves, no need to call your school. Click the Password Reset link on the log in page for help.
Infinite Campus Parent Portal First Time Users- Primary Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of currently enrolled students who have never logged into Parent Portal before must call 270-831-8759 or email OLR@henderson.kyschools.us to get an Activation Key to set up an account with.
Infinite Campus Parent Portal for NEW STUDENTS to HCS – Primary Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of students NEW(no siblings ever attended HCS) will NOT have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account until registration and enrollment are completed.
Thelma B. Johnson Early Learning Center – Primary Parent(s)/Guardian(s) enrolling ANY student at the Thelma B. Johnson Early Learning Center MUST go to the school to complete qualification forms and online registration. All children in that household can be registered at the same time as the Thelma B. Johnson Early Learning Center registration is done.
Online registration should be done on a desktop computer, Chromebook, or laptop,
NOT a mobile device like a phone, iPad, or tablet.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of middle school students who have and bring home a school provided Chromebook, can use the Chromebook to do Online Registration.
