Superintendent's Message

Dr. Bob Lawson

To the class of 2022,

While at Henderson County High School, you have learned the character traits of being caring, committed, and confident.  As you move forward take good care of yourself and take time to care for others.  Be committed to what you see as most important.  Stay committed when times are challenging or when others give in.  Be confident in yourself.  You are a person of substance and character, carefully developed by your family, friends, teachers, coaches, and other school

personnel.  I hope every one of you finds the courage to live out your dreams.  I hope you stand firm in your decisions defined by your

convictions and your character-especially when that decision causes you to forge your own path, away from what everyone else is doing.

You have changed our school and made an impact throughout the community—you have continued the pursuit of excellence in Henderson County Schools.  On behalf of the entire school district, I want you to know that we are very proud of you and I want to congratulate each and every one of you.
