During the June Board of Education meeting, the Henderson County Board of Education members approved a three percent (3%) salary increase for all HCS employees. Eligible staff will also receive their annual step increase. This will take effect for the 2025-2026 school year, and staff are encouraged to check the approved 2025-2026 Salary Schedule for more information.
This Board’s approval reflects a strong commitment to public education in our community and recognizes the dedication of HCS staff who consistently pursue excellence and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students across Henderson County.
“I am always impressed by the many ways our Board supports our staff,” said Superintendent Bob Lawson. “Their unanimous vote for salary increases shows a strong financial commitment to our team. Our staff go above and beyond every day, and this raise reflects how much we value their dedication and service to our students.”
