
Seniors - the Jostens Representative will be here this Wednesday, September 25 to meet with all Seniors in the Main Gym from 10:39 am to 11:09 am regarding Senior Graduation Products. Be sure to bring your cell phone so you can scan a QR code to send to your parents.


The next DECA meeting is Today in T100 after school until 4 pm. Students who are interested in joining DECA need to bring in their Membership Information Forms and pay their Dues. Dues are $20.


Swim conditioning will be held today, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:45 to 6:30 at the YMCA. Information packets are at the Student Services desk for anyone interested in joining the Colonel or Lady Colonel Swim Teams.

Drama Club will be meeting on Wednesday, Sept 18th in the Auditorium from 3:30 until 5:00.

At the end of Day 1, we have a tight competition! In 4th Place, are the freshmen with 160 points. 3rd place goes to our juniors with 202. 2nd Place are the Seniors with 228 points. And we have a first here at HCHS… The SOPHOMORES are in FIRST place with 265 points!


The UL Owensboro Extension nursing program hosts an in-person Information Session on Wed., 9/25 from 1-3:00 pm CDT. The location is 1000 Breckenridge St., Suite 400, Owensboro, KY 42303. We encourage prospective students and their families to pre-register for this event.


Attend CHEERS Executive Functioning Skills! This fall, CHEERS is offering free intervention groups, targeting these skills. The groups will be facilitated by Mrs. Stacia Wolf, the School Psychologist, and will utilize an evidenced-based curriculum.


There will be a SkillsUSA club meeting today after school in T217.


There will be a LEO club meeting on Thursday, September 12 after school in R107. If you would like to join the LEO club, application can be found at any unit desk.


Starting today, Wrestling Conditioning practice will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after school from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. To participate, you must have a current sports physical. Meet in the aux gym after school.
