HCHS 2024-25 yearbooks will go on sale for seniors on Wednesday, April 23rd, and for underclassmen at the Bookstore on Thursday, April 24th. Cost is still only $35, cash or check only. Pre-ordered yearbooks will be handed out to students on April 23rd.
Any Sophomore who is interested in becoming an HCHS Student Ambassador, please pick up an application at your Unit Desk. Complete the application and bring it to the informational meeting on Tuesday, April 29th, at 7:15 am in B213. DO NOT BE LATE!
Allyson Rideout will be signing a letter of intent to continue her academic and basketball career at Oakland City University on May 5, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the HCHS cafeteria. Congratulations Allyson!

The football team will be holding its first spring practice on Monday, April 21st, after school. Any athlete who wishes to attend must have a KHSAA physical. Anyone not in weightlifting class needs to stop by the stadium Thursday afternoon to get fitted for a helmet.

Girls Basketball workouts at HCHS will begin April 29th and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:40-5:00 in the main gym. Open to any incoming 7th- 12th graders. Must have a valid physical on file to attend.
Volleyball Spring Conditioning starts this week! Join us in the Aux Gym each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:30 to 5:30. You must have an updated sports physical to participate.
Friday is the Q4 Progress Report date! Be sure to have all of your work caught up!
It’s Prom Week! Seniors, prom tickets are still on sale through Wednesday. Please remember to be at school on Friday to attend the prom on Saturday. Doors open at 6:30, waltz begins at 7, prom begins at 8, and the crowning of the King and Queen will be at 9:30. Prom ends at 10.
Juniors: If you qualified for the National Honor Society, you received a letter on Wednesday before spring break. The signature page due date has been extended to Wednesday of this week. If you have questions, please stop by R212 and see Mrs. Stovall.
SoFa Senior Night will be this Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Auditorium.

Prom Ticket Update - April 3, 2025. Due to NTI days, the HCHS administration decided to keep prom ticket prices at $35.00. The last Day to purchase will be Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
The Class of 2029 becoming a Henderson County Colonel Night has been rescheduled for Monday, April 21, 2025, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. This is a come and go event.
No practice due to the expected weather. After spring break, we will have half-practices in the main gym. You are welcome to attend the other half for more practice on the side of the floor.
