According to KRS 160.463(4)(a): The finance officer shall present a detailed monthly financial report for board approval to include the previous month's revenues and expenditures of the district. The monthly report shall be posted on the district's Web site for a minimum of six (6) months after its approval. 

The monthly financial report is presented to the Board of Education during the regular Board meetings each month.  The financial report is a part of the meeting packet each month and is made viewable to the public.  You may access the agenda for each month's Board meeting online by clicking here.
