Summer 2026 SEBT is here! The Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (SEBT) program helps eligible students access nutritious food when school is out. Each eligible student will receive a one-time benefit of $120 to purchase nutritious food throughout the summer. February 15th was National School Resource Officer Appreciation Day, and although it fell on a Sunday this year, we wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank our incredible SROs.
Our School Resource Officers do so much more than keep our schools safe. They build meaningful relationships with our students, serve as mentors, offer guidance, and help create a positive and secure learning environment across Henderson County Schools.
Their presence brings comfort to students, staff, and families alike, and their commitment does not go unnoticed.

• Typically 2:00–6:00 p.m.

🎓 Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED (or progress toward GED as required by KY law)
• Instructional experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds
💲 Pay: $11.90 – $16.27 per hour
✅ Benefits: Health insurance available
